Women have come a long way in the workplace. That’s clear for anyone to see. But there’s very clearly a long way to go when it comes to the way they’re treated in the workplace. It’s no accident, after all, that just 4.2% of Fortune 500 CEOs are female.
Fortunately, people are increasingly awake to this and are fighting back. Importantly, as these
Twitter accounts show, they’re doing it with a sense of humour too.
The premise behind Manwhohasitall is pretty simple: what if the script was flipped and people said the same ridiculous things about working men as they do about working women.
The results are inevitably hilarious and thought-provoking all at once.
BUSY DAD? Feeling stressed? Hide signs of inequality with a really good moisturiser and a lovely big smile.

Don’t take this account at face value. It’s not actually a woman who’s against feminism. It’s a parody account that takes the mickey out of Twitter accounts (often displaying all the characteristics of a bot) that purport to show why women don’t need feminism.
I don’t need femimsms a female Doctor Who? What next, women becoming doctors in real life? Who will answer the phones????

While not quite as bad as the outright misogynist, many women know all too well how annoying it can be trying to deal with a colleague who claims to be a feminist, but is really just using the claim to mask awful behaviour.
Created by comedian Emily Winter, the account is pretty damn funny, but also reminder to well-meaning men everywhere to think before they speak.
Women shouldn't be catty to one another in the workplace where I'm not there to see it.

Okay, so it’s been a while since this account last tweeted, but it’s worth going back through the timeline for gems like this.
I should sit and wait / I shouldn't ask for higher pay / Thats what men in power say, mmhm / Thats what men in power say, mmhm

Sometimes you just need to be super angry at all the injustices women face in the world. FEMINIST HULK gets that and is the raging Twitter voice you always needed.
